3-4 Shooters and 1-2 Goalies.
Boy's or Girl's Groups.
Dodging and shooting and stopping! Benefit from focused training and more reps!

Team Training!
Bolts Lacrosse is offering a chance for Portland area lacrosse teams to get a jump on the spring season with a pre-season tune-up at PDX Fieldhouse!
Grab your teammates and get in a few sessions with one of our coaches!
Spring programs, this is a great way for your new and volunteer coaches to also learn a little before the spring season is underway!

Each session will run a 30-minute training session with our coaches, then we will break into small-sided games for two 15-minute periods.
Kids will get a lot of reps and action to keep them busy and learning the basics of the game while having a ton of fun!

Coming Summer 2026!!

We will be putting together teams for all 3rd and 4th grade players next summer!
Players will have two practices a week and focus on skill development for Field, Box and Sixes lacrosse.
We will look to attend 2 local (OR & WA) tournaments, and we are setting up partnerships with other similar programs in Oregon and Washington to hold scrimmages and jamboree style events.
In the fall we will look at Box and Sixes Tournaments.
